Warranty Terms

We produce and deliver the products you have purchased from our site, using quality raw materials, the most advanced technology and production processes. In this way, we also offer the widest possible warranty.


The warranty period and warranty terms applicable to each product are written on the Warranty Certificate presented in the product package. Warranty terms are determined by laws. In general, the product warranty covers the repair of products that have weakened or lost their function due to reasons not caused by the user during the warranty period, and replacement with a new one when repair is not possible.


When any abovementioned defect occurs in a product that is under warranty, you can bring it to our nearest authorized service for repair. If you are not sure whether your product is still under warranty, call our Call Center and our representatives will assist you in this regard.


The products left for repair will be repaired as soon as possible, provided that it does not exceed the legal period specified in the warranty certificate, and if it is not repairable, it will be replaced with a new one. If a new product cannot be supplied, our representatives will ensure that your product is replaced with a higher model product.


For the continuity of the product warranty, we recommend that you should not make any intervention in your products, which the warranty is still valid, other than our authorized services. A new defect that may arise from a repair intervention other than the authorized service is considered out of warranty as a user error.


Replacement Terms

In some cases, your product, which you previously have it repaired under warranty, may cause a similar or different defect. If a product becomes defective more than once under warranty, the actions to be taken are determined by law.


In the event that any product you buy from our site or Yui Shop stores malfunctions due to various defects caused by our company, it is under our guarantee within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, during the warranty period specified in the warranty document and for two years from the date of purchase. Within two years from the date of purchase, the defective product will be replaced or repaired free of charge, upon your request and if the conditions are met.


Warranty terms are essential in evaluating whether or not the replacement terms have occurred. In order for the product to be replaced, the defects shown by the product must be recorded by an authorized service every time. Warranty Periods

Each item you have purchased from Yui website is under direct manufacturer's warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery. Unconditional return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. As soon as the product reaches us, we will initiate the necessary procedures to return your payment. For detailed information, you can call our Call Center.

In case of any problem during the warranty period, call our Call Center, then send your product to us as instructed. We will bear the shipping costs of your product. If you wish, you can bring your product to our nearest authorized service to speed up the process. As soon as the product is received, it will be checked and repaired in our authorized services as soon as possible, and if necessary, it will be replaced with a new one.
